1.Plan, organize and direct the production. 计划、组织和指导生产。
2.Assure production schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations. 安排生产计划，以保证达到客户要求的生产标准。
3.Recording and managing all the lab related data. 记录和整理实验室相关数据。
4.Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production. 及时更新和维护生产数据。
5.Overseeing the daily quality control operation, calibration of all equipment and control systems. 监督日常质量控制，调整设备和控制系统。
6.Coordinate the flow of information among various level of the lab, and customer communication external. 与实验室各级别人员和外部客户保持良好的协调沟通。
7.Responsible for the safety, hygiene of the lab. 负责管理实验室的安全和卫生。
Working Requirement任职要求
1.Bachelor degree，prefer in Horticulture or related field. 本科以上学历，园艺或生物技术专业优先。
2.Minimum three years work experience. 至少三年以上工作经验。
3.Fluent in English, being able to communicate with foreign specialists. 英语流利，能和外国专家进行交流。
