According to milk sales manager’s instructions to take necessary and appropriate actions to meet requirement of government, and maintain good relationship with local government and local community.Assist the production team to obtain and renew necessary licences, such as Milk Sales Permit, and animal epidemic prevention certificate. Work with milking team to prepare for government inspection and provide data and report according to government requirement, such as milk sales record, milk test record, milk rejection record, and so on.
Supporting Milk Sales Manager to maintain customer relationships Coordinate between farms (milking team), external trucking companies and customers to ensure most efficient and cost effective deliveries. Responsible for the day to day sales activities including delivering milk to customersDeal with daily customer communication and sometimes complains.
