1、管理农场员工
1.To manage the employees in the farm
2、 组织工人进行日常生产
2. Organize the workers daily work
3、安排育苗，种植，水肥等工作
3.Arrange the plantation, irrigation and fertilizer.
4、安排采摘，发货，库存以及财务等工作
4.Arrange the harvesting, delivery, stock and accounting.
